Does Prolume still produce Exit signs?

Prolume no longer produces or offers Exit signage solutions. If you are seeking replacement parts for an Exit sign previously procured from Prolume, you can contact Customer Service to investigate whether a replacement or repair can be provided.

What is the standard warranty for Prolume fixtures?

Who is my direct Prolume sales person?

Is the Connecticut office still open?

Do you provide custom length linear fixtures?

Yes we do! A key differentiator of Prolume is our ability to provide custom length linear fixtures to best meet the needs of a project. Specifiers, architects and lighting designers regularly call out Prolume fixtures because they know the product on site will meet their exact and envisioned requirements.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No we do not have a minimum order quantity. We encourage you to work with your local agent and Regional Sales Manager to best understand the project requirements so an optimum solution can be proposed.

Can I place an order directly with Prolume?

Prolume works in conjunction with our agents to manage the many (i.e. specifiers, architects, lighting designers, builders, distributors and electrical contractors) parties involved in a project. In addition, Prolume does occasionally work with OEMs directly on a case by case basis. We recommend that you contact your local agent and Regional Sales Manager to discuss the nature of your inquiry so we may best serve you.

Can you build a custom fixture that I designed?

Most likely, yes we can! A main tenet of Prolume is the desire to convert the vision of a lighting designer in to reality. Granted, there are limitations however we do strive and have succeeded with countless talented visionaries to create custom fixtures that deliver breathtaking impressions.

Do you have printed literature?

We are very conscious about our impact to the environment and have purposely elected not to mass produce paper literature. All materials are available in environmentally friendly digital PDFs and can be printed individually by our customers on an as needed basis.

What is the minimum linear fixture length that can produced?

Fixture length varies by Series and specific product however as a general rule, six inches is typically the minimum length. Should you require a fixture length less than the typical minimum, please contact your local agent or Regional Sales Manager.

What is the maximum linear fixture length that can be produced?

There are a number of variables that govern the maximum length of a fixture such as wattage/foot, driver size, run length and shipping limitations to name a few. As a general rule, 102 inches is typically the maximum length however you should contact your local agent or Regional Sales Manager to discuss the specific needs of your project so an optimum solution can be achieve.

How do I dim a fixture?

Dimming varies by Series and product. Each product data sheet includes details on dimming and you should refer to the data sheet to ensure desired and proper dimming control is achived. We also suggest that you work with your local agent and our technical support staff to address questions on how best to achieve your dimming control objective.
